Sign in to the Learning Management System (LMS). Here you will find a catalog of training sessions and other activities on a wide range of topics. The LMS helps you manage your learning experience by keeping track of the courses you have taken, listing courses of future interest, and automatically populating the catalog pages with new courses you qualify to attend.
Cancellation Policy
ShoreTel requires two weeks of advance notification when a student cancels or reschedules a class:
- 100% refund with 2 weeks notice
- 50% refund with 1 weeks notice
- 0% refund with less than one weeks notice
