Bill Garvey

Bill Garvey joined ShoreTel in April 2008 and is responsible for all legal matters including securities law compliance, commercial agreements, litigation management, intellectual property protection and corporate governance.

Garvey began practicing law in 1994 with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and has served as the general counsel at a number of emerging growth technology companies. As Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary, Garvey led Rackable Systems through its IPO and two follow-on offerings. He also directed Actuate Corporation's IPO and managed several of the company's acquisitions.

Garvey holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and is a member of the California Bar Association.
